A. Service Delivery Timelines
Project timelines and milestones are established in individual service level agreements (SLAs) agreed upon with school boards prior to onboarding.
B. Client Responsibilities
School administrators are responsible for providing authentic assets, accreditation documents, fee structures, and photo gallery approvals necessary to complete digital assets.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom designs, source codes, branding materials, and prospectus layouts created by Schoofa Aura for a client school become the property of the client school upon full settlement of contracted invoices.
4. Advisory & Consultancy Disclaimer
Schoofa Aura strategies are designed to grow admissions, but results may vary depending on local demographic factors, campus infrastructure, fee competitive positioning, and regional educational board regulations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
